Should I discuss this with my girlfriend? [M20] [F22]

In a couple of weeks, my lacrosse team will be heading to Pittsburgh for a game. While we’re there, one of my teammates and I plan to catch up with a high school friend. A couple of years ago, I had a brief fling with this girl, and my current girlfriend is aware of it. I’m considering whether I should bring this up with her and check if she feels comfortable with the situation. My relationship with my girlfriend is very important to me, and we communicate well, but I’m unsure if this is something I need to discuss.
