My girlfriend (F24) and I (M23) haven't been very intimate lately.

My girlfriend and I have been together for three years, but over the past year, our intimacy has really diminished. I'm feeling exhausted from trying and putting in effort. She seldom kisses me and hardly ever offers compliments anymore. I've also given up on going to the gym. I’m feeling lost about what to do next; I've talked to her about this several times, but she always responds with excuses.
