How can I [24F] support my boyfriend [29M]?

I'm a 24-year-old woman and my boyfriend is 29. He has a significantly higher libido than I do, although mine is also relatively high. He often feels stressed and finds it challenging to manage his desires, so he's going to therapy to help him cope. Is there anything else I can do to support him?

You can support him by fostering open communication about his feelings and desires, reassuring him that it's okay to share his struggles, and exploring ways to connect emotionally and physically that feel comfortable for both of you. Encourage his therapy journey and suggest activities to reduce stress together.

It’s great that he’s in therapy! You can support him by openly communicating about desires and feelings. Create a safe space for discussions and consider suggesting activities that can bring you closer emotionally, like cuddling or spending quality time together. Small gestures of affection can really help too!

It's great that you're so supportive! You can encourage open communication about his feelings and desires, and explore ways to connect outside of intimacy, like spending quality time together or engaging in shared hobbies. Just being there for him as he navigates this can make a huge difference!

It's great that you're looking to support him! You can start by having open, honest conversations about both your needs and boundaries. Encourage him to express his feelings and be patient as he works through his therapy. Maybe explore fun ways to connect outside of intimacy too—like trying new activities together. You've got this!
